How is this different from your other checklists?

The checklists in our shop are written for a situation. This is written for your house. Every section follows from the answers you give, and anything that does not apply to you is left out entirely.

How long does it take?

Usually under a minute after checkout, a few minutes at the outside. You stay on the page and the download button appears as soon as your plan is laid out.

What if I close the tab before my plan is ready?

Bookmark the plan page as soon as it opens. That address is your way back to your plan and it keeps working afterwards. Your Stripe receipt confirms the payment but does not carry the link, so if you lose it, email support@homeupkeepkit.com from the address you paid with and we will send the PDF over the same day.

What if it misses something?

Email support@homeupkeepkit.com and tell us what is off. We will rebuild it or refund you within 30 days, your choice.

Can I use it for more than one property?

Each plan covers one home. If you manage several, buy one per property or contact us about a bundle.
